Solar Power Bank

Looking for a solid solar power bank?

I researched all kinds of solar power banks for quite a while – like weeks – for me – for you. I’d get tired of looking for “the one” – you know how *that* feels. Quit. Then get back to it. Here’s what I discovered after all those hours – and found one of the highest quality – that I’m really happy with and purchased.  Solar Power Bank

Use it all the time anytime. For travel, outages, camping

It’s not just for being out and about on your electric bike but for the hurricanes, blizzards, and random power outages or whatever event or weather your location throws at you. Where ever you live there will be power outages so it’s a good thing to have in any case! I wanted a solar power charger that was beefy and gets the job done. Your whole family can use it with you – you can charge 3 devices at the same time. It has 2 USB ports and you can charge wirelessly if your phone is compatible. Just remove the phone case and place your phone on the QuadraPro (the official name).  It can charge any USB device.

How frustrating is it to watch your phone or other digital device battery indicator show you less and less power and then getting into the dreaded red zone just when you need it the most?!

This could literally be a lifesaver.

It’s a powerhouse with 4 solar panels generating electricity directly from the sun. You can also charge it with the USB cord that comes with it. And you can also plug it into the wall – but you’ll have to get a charging block. I just charge it with my computer when I’m home and in the sun when I’m out. Easy.

If you’re an e-bike rider, bike rider, outdoor enthusiast, or just like cool stuff this is a great addition. It’s a great value, durable, easy to use, great for emergencies, perfect for camping, and just a good thing to have with you! Get one for the home and put one in your emergency travel kit. I think everyone should have one, not just cause

Power cell phone with solar

I’m recommending it but a little preparation goes a long way for safety and comfort.

It’s a little hefty for hiking but for all it can do it’s sure worth a little extra weight for that security. It’s not just a power bank, but a solar power bank too. With a regular power bank when the supply is used up – that’s it till you can get to an electrical power socket for a recharge. No other options. With this one – unless it’s very cloudy you’ll always be able to recharge anytime, anywhere. And it has an additional light system. There’s a built-in LED flashlight that’s bright and has an S.O.S. flash setting too.

This is an excellent power source and the design is practical.

There are 2 ways you can hang it. It comes with 2 carabiners secured to 2 loops that are part of the case. It’s also has a built-in heavy-duty magnet for 2 nice mounting options to hang in the sun.

Emergency power for cell phoneIt also has a charging indicator light built-in on the side which is really nice to see how much power you have and to let you know that you’re charging and when its done.
I have no problem recommending this for your e-biking or anytime – any use! We had a big storm rip through here and this thing was so good to have. Here’s my report.

Give Me Some More Details

Charging with direct solar should take approximately 12 hours. This is with a sunny sky, the panels are clean and angled towards the sun. There will be variations due to the conditions in the surroundings.
The battery – actual capacity 6,500 mAh watch for those that overstate their capacity. This will give you the power to charge up a typical cell phone up to three times. It will charge any device with a USB.
It’s nicely encased in leather – has a nice feel with an attractive rugged look.
Water Resistant – safe from rain but not submergible.
In the box – The charger, 2 carabiners, 1 micro USB charge cable.
Weight – It’s hefty @ 15.7 oz but for this security – a pound is totally worth it. It folds up into a nice compact unit. I won’t be without it now that I have one.  Overall I’m really satisfied with this purchase. Much more useful than the other chargers I researched.
And these days with COVID if your area lost power for days – where would you even go to charge your devices? Whos open, whos closed? Do you even want to sit around someplace for ages waiting for your stuff to recharge?
